I’m an awesome wife, outstanding mother
to three wonderful children, fun-loving,
aggressive woman. I’m a go-getter who
is loyal, caring, and a great listener.
I am the person everyone relies on in
my family to hold it down.
When I came in this Black Butterfly game,
I struggled to see
all that I was and all I could be.
From the first moment in, I so felt the
love
it came through my sisters, but it was
definitely originated from the man above.
As I continued on my journey, I hit some
snags,
thinking to myself, is this gonna be a
drag?
But I maintained my position, and stood
my ground,
I found my voice, and the need to stick
around.
I learned about myself and with certain
situations how to deal,
I learned from my sisters to always keep
it real.
Absorbing my pain when turmoil presents
a struggle,
always keeping myself still in the "hurt"
bubble.
My sisters have helped me heal some wounds,
They have been there for me in ways you
could never assume.
Family & friends just cannot understand,
how these women didn't know me, yet on
my birthday, never let go of my hand.
I learned from Passion that as a woman
I stand strong,
No longer feel the need to lash out every
time I have been wronged.
My friends & family always ask me--what
are the Black Butterflies?
My answer is beautiful, strong sisters,
to the occasion WE ALWAYS RISE!!!!!!
I am a better person as most of you know,
If I wanted to stay, I had no choice but
to grow.
I've been gone from my family for hours
on end,
spending time with myself so I could learn
me again.
I hope you understand now about MS. BELLA,
who owns the glass slipper, and my sisters
make me feel like Cinderella.
