My name is Divine. I am a 34 year old
Nurse & mother of four. I’ve held
many titles in my years. I’ve been a daughter,
a sister, a grand-daughter, a cousin,
a friend, a niece, a mother and a wife.
Being a mother is the one that has brought
the best out of me. My children mean the
world to me. All that I do in life I do
for them.
I have always put up a wall and have held
my true feelings. Hiding behind fake smiles
and never letting anyone know how sad
I truly felt. I often felt sadness &
helplessness when things didn’t seem to
go right.
In joining the Black Butterflies I’ve
been able to open up and deal with my
true feelings. I’m a cheerful, fun &
happy individual who strives to be the
best at whatever I do. I no longer dwell
on the bad things of the past. I have
experienced what it is like to truly have
sisters that I can depend on. When I’m
sad, lonely or even bored I have sisters
I can call on to fill the emptiness that
was there in the past. I have opened my
heart and accepted my sisters for all
that they are. I look forward to our future.
