Many know me only as this crazy, outspoken, self confident hard rock, but many have never gotten the chance to know Me. The woman, who for many years was as shy and timid as a child on the first day of school; one who rarely spoke but accepted, trusted and befriended all. After many years of hurt and disappointment, I completely sheltered myself until I found a passion and love for motorcycle riding. Shortly after becoming a mother, I learned to soften my mind, body and soul for a better purpose- my prince and my princess who after 10 years of marriage were the only ones I felt could ever complete me. The ones I knew would never hurt or betray me so I built my entire life around them.

I never realized my full purpose in life until I met the wonderful women known to all as The Black Butterflies. Through many laughs and even more tears, I realized one important thing. People may forget what I say and they may even forget what I do but they will never forget how I made them feel. I now know the great effects I have had on many who I crossed paths with and I too will cherish there presence in my life as well as they do mine. I thank ALLAH for finally giving me what I have longed for-loving sisters to call my own.
