Upon arriving in this
organization I was a woman full of hurt
from a failed marriage. I felt unaccomplished
because of goals not met and overall sadness
because of regretful decisions. Joining
this organization has taught me that “Err
is human but to recover is Divine” . I was
use to being the listening ear or the one
to give advice. I felt like I had to be
in control or it would not be right. I’ve
learned that its okay to speak & have
someone else take control. It is okay to
be selfish sometimes and take care of me.
If you don’t who else will. In this small
amount of time during my caterpillar phase,
my self esteem has increased and with the
love and encouragement of my sisters I have
learned to be myself even more and not worry
about trying to please everyone. My outlook
on life is different. I always knew that
the Lord had me on this earth for a divine
purpose, whether it’s through my music,
my service or just showing love to others
like my mother and father taught me. This
Organization has positively helped me to
move forward in my life and not allow my
pass to dictate my future. I am able to
be of assistance to my fellow sisters and
those to come. I am HARMONY, a woman knowledgeable
of her purpose and happy with the direction
her life is going in.
