At the age of 34, I’m not married and I don’t have any children. I grew up in South Philadelphia and now reside in Southwest Philly with my mate, who has been my number one fan, and is truly a definite supporter of this organization.

My name Passion comes from the passion I give to this organization. Although I’m a very passionate person, I did not choose the name because of lust, or any sexual desires. I chose the name because of my powerful and compelling emotions towards SISTERHOOD. I’m very passionate about the camaraderie I share with women in and outside of this organization. I’m very passionate about bringing change to our communities and leaving a legacy.

I come from a loving family, one with a mother and a father, as well as siblings however I am the youngest child. My parents mean the world to me. I’m a person who is loyal, genuine and extremely happy with life and all its obstacles. My desire to have an abundance of sisters is what has driven me to build this organization. I was always envious of women with sisters, not the kind of sisters that live together only to realize when they are grown that they never really knew each other, but the kind that has such a connection, that’s indescribable, the type of connection that has always been nurturing to my soul, kind of like the one I have with my Mother.

I will say that I’m not perfect, never plan to be, but as my Pastor would say we should always strive for perfection, so I do. I grew up extremely spoiled and will be honest to say that I’ve always been a giving person but I also lacked the characteristics of being a true friend….not always wanting to accept people for their flaws and thinking it was always either my way or no way…I guess that was the spoiled side of me…but this organization has made a tremendous impact on my life, now allowing me to welcome flaws, even my own..

It has not been easy building this organization. It has caused me a lot of heartbreak and heartache, because often people look at me as their little Jesus thinking I’m exempt from doing any wrong. I’m often praised when I’m making things happen for them but those same people turn around and crucify me the moment I fall short of my miraculous act but I truly feel blessed that the Creator has decided to use me to be the vehicle to bring so many women together. To be quite honest, I feel building this organization is truly my purpose in life, so I’m doing my best not to let him down.

There are no hidden agendas with me, what you see is really what you get. I’m a people person but unlike many, I really don’t want anything from you but an opportunity to love you. I’ve always been popular and can fill a room with mass of people but as I grew older, I realize that I could only count on one hand, those that were of value, so my new purpose in life is forming relationships that will last a lifetime.

I feel women are the nurturers of the world. Everyone comes to us for love, guidance and assistance. It forces us to be strong and often leaves us no time or room for ourselves. This organization provides many things but the one most important thing is it provides support to those of us who constantly have to be the providers and nurturers that we are.

Passionate, Aggressive, Spiritual, Sensitive, Intelligent, Open & Nurturing are the ingredients that makes me
“PASSION”
